Project Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to)

• Manage job sites professionally and efficiently.

• Able to take the design and thoughts of the client and sales personal to fruition
• Experience with HOA contracts
• Create and submit bids and bonds in an efficient and timely manner
• Meet weekly with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure that all clients sites are kept clean and up to DLS standards
• Train and manage your Forman on site, to ensure the appropriate standard for professionalism and craftsmanship necessary for the job
• Able to manage multiple crews and sites
• Communicate efficiently with Procurement Coordinator, Installation Manager, and your crews
• Assist your Foreman with the flow of the job
• Coordinate with your Foreman and the Procurement personnel
• Fill out all relevant paperwork as specifically as possible

• Maintain a professional and appropriate level of attire and demeanor.

• Abide by DLS uniform and behavioral standards
• Positive and up beat attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly through a regular schedule work day
• Able to navigate through a clients property delicately
• Able to drive company vehicle with trailer

Educational and Skill Requirements:

• 4 yrs experience as a Landscape Project Manager
• Able to communicate to our customers both new and existing
• Able to communicate with internal customers, both written and verbal
• Able to operate a computer and experienced with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR & DOT certified
