Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
+ Wide variety of construction projects including federal, higher ed, healthcare, and K-12 spaces both new and in renovated spaces
+ Fully knowledgeable in program and project management concepts including;
+ Scheduling and coordinating of multiple team members
+ Cost estimating
+ Contract Negotiations
+ Construction management
+ Documentation review including contracts, change requests, change orders and compliance with contract documents
+ Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings
+ Strong negotiating skills across the spectrum of the design and construction industry
+ New greenfield or large tower expansions preferred with backfill renovation
+ Well versed in client communication and reporting
+ Presents and communicates well in front of clients and able to maintain and grow client relationships
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Fluent in typical office software and construction software such as Primavera and eBuilder
+ Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
+ Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
+ Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
+ Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
+ Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
+ Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
+ Manages other Project Managers.
Minimum Requirements
+ BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
+ 7-15 years experienced with project management of vertical facilities
