Skills:
- Understanding project documents and details
- Review plans and specifications for execution of project requirements
- Manage/control job costs, keeping costs in line with project estimate
- Critical thinking and risk management
- Interact with others, communicating with project team
- Working with estimating team to produce contract complaint material submissions
- Working with companyâs Project management software ( CF DATA )
Requirements:
- Competent in Microsoft outlook, excel and word
Preferred Requirements:
- Background in the Building trades.
- Background in commercial roofing
- Project management experience
- Estimating experience
