WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this position, you will work in partnership with the community to develop and create services to meet the needs of families and individuals unique to the community. The Branch Operation Manager is responsible for the daily function of the branch office including management of the following staff/positions: Business Operation Specialists and other Support Staff, Engagement Specialists, Benefit and Eligibility Specialists, Family Coaches, Benefits and Eligibility Workers, and Community Partnership Coordinators.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work in an integrated office environment where diverse programs, partners and staff create the work team. Daily phone and office contact with customers, including angry, upset, hostile or drug-affected individuals. High stress environment due to a high-volume workload with short time frames. Irregular work hours with some evening and weekend work is expected (i.e. work a professional workweek).
Required to be accessible for emergency contact 24/7, possibly carrying an electronic device for immediate access. Requires a valid driver’s license or other acceptable method of transportation for routine travel. Most travel will be local, but may include travel across the state, often to Salem. May involve occasional overnight stay away from local area.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:
Five years of experience in lead work, supervision, staff-technical, or professional-level work related to a human or social service program .

This experience must have included participation in the management of a human services related program, section, or unit including one or more of the following areas:
a) development of program rules and policies
b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans
c) program evaluation
d) budget preparation

(NOTE: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course work (144 quarter or 96 semester hours) in a field related to management, such as Business or Public Administration, or a field related a human service program , may be substituted for up to three years of the required experience)
