    100 Plus Not For Profit Hospital in Southern Illinois seeks a seasoned experienced Hospital President. Must have a minimum of 5 years as a Hospital President with a strong not for profit background. Must have small community based healthcare experience. Must also have a strong operational background with a background in the behavioral health industry. The President will also be responsible for expanding and growing service lines. The Hospital President must have experience working with medicaid/medicare patient case loads. The CFO and CNO/COO report to The Hospital President. The CEO works closely with the hospital’s senior leadership team. The senior leadership team is usually comprised of the chief nurse, chief medical officer, as well as the chief financial officer. The President reports to the CEO

    Master’s Degree Required; MBA/MHA
