Responsibilities
Work directly with both RCI International Sales (internal), RCI International Distributors, and cruise ship clients to develop project plans based on upcoming contracts.
Meet with RCI Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service departments to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project.
Plan project timeline and milestones, develop budgets, and identify resources needed.
Monitor the progress of projects and hold status meetings. Communicate any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or cost on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in all project launch and post-mortem meetings.
Create, maintain, and track project performance using SalesForce and other corporate software(s) to analyze the completion of short and long-term deadlines, forecast future projects, and maintain full transparency across all departments.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and internal departments to ensure that project statuses are communicated in a timely manner to ensure client expectations are met and/or fully communicated.
Review and approve documentation prepared for the client.
Contribute to the quality control of each project.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management and/or project management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including both presentation and collaboration abilities.
Strong planning, prioritization, logical decision-making, and project management competencies.
Capacity to handle scheduling pressure and aggressive timelines.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities. Must have experience communicating in cross-cultural environments.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Project, and Gantt charts is a plus.
Bachelorâs degree in international business, finance, management or a related field.
Willing and able to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
