Your responsibilities and tasks:

Join the new exciting part of our global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is setting up a hub in Dallas that will cover our organisation in the Americas. From that hub our HR Specialists will support our company in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Reward Services, Learning Services, Employee & Manager Services and Payroll Services. You will be a part our Global HR Service Delivery team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the hub team to support multiple countries, organizations and business units by providing seemless service delivery.   • Lead the hub team to support multiple countries, organizations and business units in order to provide seamless service excellence to the employees
  • Allocate resource upon consultation with professional lead and prioritize initiatives and projects within the hub
  • Accountable for hub budget as well as for meeting defined efficiency targets
  • Define and steer the implementation of global HR Operations standards, processes, policies together with other Operations leads to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and motivate HR Operations employees

Your profile and qualifications:

  • College or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Profound HR Operations management experience (> 5 years), in-depth understanding of the strategic role of the HR Operations function
  • Profound experience in managing teams with different professional orientations
  • High focus on quality management
  • Ability to drive internationally and/or culturally diverse teams
  • Inspire team to fulfil organizational and personal goals and objectives
