We create and implement growth and innovation strategies for a wide variety of local, national, and global clients.

We are currently looking for a new Head of Web and Campaign. This person will be tasked with defining/refining our web and campaign service offerings, building processes for delivering great digital experiences and ROI driven campaigns, and building Gitwit’s growth strategy for web and campaign.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished marketer to take one of the best teams in the region to the next level. We currently have incredible capabilities in discovery, strategy, content, design, video, analytics, and web as well as a steady stream of project opportunities to lead the growth of a wide range of companies. Your task is to help clearly define engagement goals, decide how and what we propose, and design how our teams should work together to deliver continuous innovation and ROI for our clients.

While we have successfully created many websites and campaigns, at the same time we are hungry for someone to come in and help us continually innovate our approach and stay ahead of our competitors.

We are open to a wide variety of candidates but the person we hire can likely do all of the following:

  • Quickly and holistically assess an organization’s marketing strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities within a wide variety of industries
  • Create growth goals and communicate them to a team
  • Clearly explain all major campaign channels and their capabilities
  • Create a process and budget for delivering a world-class website
  • Develop a compelling marketing/web proposal
  • Identify the right people and resources needed to execute complex projects
  • Delve into analytics and discover actionable insights on an ongoing basis

You should have experience with:

  • All major digital advertising channels
  • Building and managing detailed projects and campaigns
  • Working closely with content teams to set up great concept brainstorming
  • Running meetings and stakeholder workshops
  • Designing and leading website creation/redesign projects
  • Content-based organic search strategies
  • CPA and ROAS benchmarking and reporting
