StayGia is a short term furnished rental / airbnb management company based in Los Angeles, California with operations in 3 states ( and growing). We are funded by REIT owners and successful entrepreneurs. We are hard working individuals that want to become leaders in the short term rental space.

Our company is formed by industry veterans with over 10 years of short term rental experience and we are growing rapidly.

This is a fast paced role that will be essential to the growth of Stay Gia to expand it’s presence within the country. You will be forming relationships with institutional owners of multi family and commercial buildings, underwriting potential deals and negotiating deals for Stay Gia to grow. We expect to close at least one to two new projects per month.

Real estate professionals with 2+ years of experience in institutional real estate with multi family – commercial – hotel – hospitality experience are encouraged to apply. We are recruiting for this position in the Midwest ( Chicago- Nashville) , Western US ( California) and NorthEast ( NY-Philly-Boston) regions but we will allow telecommuting/work from home for the right candidate. 

*What You Will Do: *

As Regional Head of Real Estate, you will help Stay Gia grow it’s portfolio by creating a pipeline of leads by fostering relationships with local developers, multi-family building owners, commercial and residential real estate agents. 

Your goal would be to source new furnished apart-hotels for Stay Gia.
On a daily basis, you would be:

  • scouting properties that are ideal for our business and “fit in the box”
  • reaching out to property managers, developers, building owners, real estate brokers to spread the word out
  • make sure properties identified are compliant with the local short term rental ordinance by analyzing the zoning, building codes and regulatory ordinances
  • perform market and data analyses to evaluate ideal markets for growth
  • do due-diligence and pro-forma budgets for appropriate properties
  • send out and negotiate LOI’s and execute management contracts and leases with the help of the HQ in LA.

*Who We Are Looking For*

  • Must be willing to work 50-60 hours per week
  • Responsive on email, phone, text and slack
  • Sales, real estate, REIT, private equity or development experience with a high-growth company
  • Have at least 2 year experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management or Sales
  • Perfect written and verbal English communication skills. You need to know the difference between their and there.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill-set
  • Self driven, motivated and entrepreneurial 
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and other cloud based platforms such as Salesforce, Insightly etc. and being tech savy.
  • Being detail oriented and having a go-getter attitude, without finding any excuses
  • Being able to hit, if not exceed the goals set up by the leadership
  • Being able to pitch over the phone, in person and over email
  • Having a flexible work schedule and being self disciplined. No one will get mad at you if you are not at the office by 9am, but it’s not OK for you to have a “punch-in/punch-out” mentality
  • Passion for real estate, travel and hospitality industry
