THE POSITION

  • Execute profit-oriented steering and coordination of all controlling relevant business processes to secure value added for Region Truck Americas
  • Support of the Americas Truck Management to develop and execute strategic plans and implementation of operational improvements
  • Direct responsibility for the Sales and Marketing Controlling including the Controlling of Retail the Americas

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within Financial function of manufacturing organization
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience and talent development
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics or Business Administration
  • CPA/CFA
  • Experience in multinational organizations with drivers’ teams
  • Work experience in multinational drivers’ environment with complex matrix organizations beneficial
