Job Title: ERP Project Manager

This position will lead the implementation of a new ERP software and coordinate with key users, integrator, and management.

EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:

• Will be point of contact for the implementation, including Key Users, Integrator, management, and Global Project Team
• Lead implementation of current and new processes to align with ERP configuration
• Will evaluate and recommend changes to current ERP processes
• Will work/coordinate with all Managers in setting deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor the progress of the project
• Communicate project needs regularly and effectively
• Will lead documentation of Sepro processes (current & new)
• Work out of the corporate office in Warrendale, PA; 8a.m.-5p.m. weekdays

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, or accounting
• 3-5 years, hands on ERP experience and ERP implementation (Highly Preferred)
• Experience working in cloud ERP project accounting (Preferred)
• Project Management experience (Highly Preferred)
• Financial accounting, control and reporting procedures, practices and policies
• Knowledge of internal control systems and generally accepted accounting principles
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency of MS Office, software to compile, quantify and illustrate complex financial reports, comparisons, and/or projections
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

• Effective time management /project management skills to handle dynamic and frequently changing priorities
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Design, implement and evaluate financial data, reporting methods and procedures
• Team player with excellent interpersonal with strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle & safeguard confidential information and exercise discretion at all times
