We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Round Rock, TX. This role will report into the Strategy and Business Operations team and will be closely aligned with the Cybersecurity leadership team and the CISO directly to help drive and execute our global portfolio and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core focus on supporting execution of the Dell Cybersecurity organization’s vision and strategic roadmap.
  • Partner with the CISO Program Office to drive and execute the annual planning efforts for the Cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Manage resource alignment to successfully support Cybersecurity’s annual plan.
  • Provide updates as needed to SRO and Cyber Leadership teams
  • Build and develop cross functional team relationships to become trusted point of contact and liaison
  • Assist with program requirements gathering, program/project decision making, communications and strategy.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity program/project management and tactical deployment teams to ensure alignment with strategy and vision.
  • Maintain regular engagement and proactive partnership with Dell Cybersecurity business units and technology teams to ensure ongoing strategies and programs continue to align with business and technical needs, requirements, and constraints
  • Adhere to strategic risk management vision and decisions that scale globally to secure by design without slowing company innovation and execution.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge on and be able to provide best practice recommendations based on the evolving threat landscape to protect the business.
  • Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders through taking Cybersecurity’s complex technical environment and processes, translating them to business terminology, and ensuring understanding.
  • Recognize the varying strengths, skills and needs of the team and possess/adapt leadership skills to obtain the best possible results from individuals.
  • Openly support the organization, the management team and executive leadership team, even during times of adversity.
  • Utilize open communications and managerial courage to ensure that the standards, expectations and goals of the organization are respected and upheld.
