COO Description

Our client is looking for a COO to add to their team in Lakewood, NJ. This is a great opportunity to join a company that has been around for decades and has operated quite successfully without too much structure or process. Ideal candidates will have a background in eCommerce and will truly understand the importance of excellent quality and service.

COO Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure excellent product quality and service standards
• Develop and implement effective processes across departments
• Educate and empower employees, enabling them to deliver excellence
• Liaise between departments/teams (Accounting, Customer Service, IT, Logistics, Warehouse)
• Lead employees to enable and encourage efficient and productive work
• Manage, analyze and interpret data
• Evaluate company performance
• Identify and address problems and opportunities
• Oversee and fix issues
• Assist with strategic planning
• Work towards growth goals

COO Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience required
• 3+ years of management experience required
• 3+ years of eCommerce experience required
• Process implementation experience required
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Magento experience a plus
