This position will report to the VP of Cloud Sales and Product and will work with a cross-functional team to formulate strategies, conduct analysis, and deliver on driving breakthrough impact for the business.

Your role:
The CloudBlue Head of Sales – North America you will be responsible for developing and delivering on growth, revenue, and go to market innovation for our top partners for North America. As a key leader, ensuring that CloudBlue will have the broadest reach, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and accessibility through partnerships with the largest Service Providers, ISVs, Enterprise, and Retails. Your passion for technology and sales knowledge will help the CloudBlue team drive results and continuously build and develop a high-performance team.
The ideal leader must be able to:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving CloudBlue’s sales goals
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Manage the use of budgets
- Hire and develop sales staff
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Work closely with Ingram Cloud Executive Leadership team
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
What you bring to the role:
- 10-15 years of commercial experience in B2B, vendor and/or telecoms business environment
- Deep understanding of carrier economics with regards to financial reporting, ROI, product costing and ARPU with strong data analytical ability
- Comfortable working in a competitive diverse fast-paced technology environment successfully leading
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPI’s by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and having a deep understanding customer needs to deliver profitable joint business outcomes.
- Highly adaptable to change
- Proven ability to develop new strategies and business models.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, and negotiate, effectively at all levels and in all environments.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to input, track, measure and analyze multiple variable data sets
- Deep knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, and Service Provider economies and market trends
- Possess good customer insight
- Self-starter, able to work independently to develop new areas of the business that currently do not exist
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
