    Our early-stage Property Technology Company is currently seeking a CTO on a part-time basis which can very quickly become a full-time position based on performance. Our company provides a cloud-based homeowner enablement platform that uses Blockchain, AI (Machine Learning), hybrid cloud architecture and data-based encryption to provide homeowners with a system to manage their residential property. We have already developed our generation one/MVP system, filed 5 provisional patents, have a senior executive team in place, initial B2B and B2C customers, strong alliances, support team and initial seed funding.

    Responsibilities include: Management of our Romanian based development team, finding and hiring additional internal and external technical resources, continued development of our platform, continued development of our IT strategy for the company’s product and services, developing budgetary figures for inclusion to overall financial projections, reviewing and implementation of new incoming technologies, continued database development, continued UI/UX changes and Mobile product implementation.     Qualifications: Ideal candidate will be located in South Florida, have 15+ years’ experience in Executive IT roles, and a minimum of a master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Co-Founder role may be available for a seasoned CTO with a previous successful exit looking for high equity and low compensation.

    Compensation: Competitive pay for part time and significant equity and compensation available for full-time. This is not a coasting job at all.
