Executive Assistant duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the President and CEO
- Booking corporate travel
- Preparing and submitting monthly expense reports
- Collecting and distributing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Planning and arranging meetings, conferences, and company hospitality events
- Handling ad hoc administrative projects as requested
In addition, the Executive Assistant will be required to perform a full range of additional duties for the President, and CEO including:
- Arranging business and personal travel
Keep calendar and scheduling
- Accurately and proactively maintaining the Presidentâs calendar for personal and business obligations
- Maintaining detailed records and files
- Opening and reviewing written and electronic mail
- Acting as liaison for the President whenever the opportunity arises and it is appropriate to do so
- Arranging lunches, food deliveries, and catering for executive, meetings, and events
- Reviewing company practices to help ensure that the company is as environmentally friendly as possible
- Assisting in planning company events and celebrations and organizing team training and team-building events
Executive Assistant requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of Concur preferred
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience as an administrative assistant working directly with senior management
- Bachelorâs degree is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
