The Transformation Office will strengthen our vision and enterprise through a multi-year strategic plan that will create value for our clients and employees through re-imagining how we work. The Business Transformation Analyst, AVP, will provide analytical and consulting support for people, productivity and organizational design transformation engagements across State Streetâs global businesses and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Transformation Engagement Leader in managing a portfolio of engagements at different stages of maturity using applicable models, tools and frameworks
- Consult with business and functional executives to identify and assess transformation opportunities using the following levers:
- Stop and reduce work / activities
- Simplify and centralize groups / review spans and layers
- Manage productivity by individual
- Build the organization from zero
- Create detailed business cases and FTE models
- Collect, analyze and interpret data that will inform decision making; some data sets will be large and many will require complex data scrubbing, transformations, and analytics
- Develop reports and dashboards in Wave to support the effective management and oversight of initiatives; ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete
- Identify opportunities to enhance the models, tools and frameworks used to drive Transformation; take ownership for making agreed upon changes and promulgating them across the consulting teams
Skills and experience:
- Management consulting experience in the areas of strategy, organizational design, process reengineering, and technology enablement
- Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, processing, and analyzing a variety of qualitative and quantitative data sets
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
- Relational database and Tableau expertise a plus
