Description

The Assistant Vice President is responsible and accountable for defining
and articulating the philosophy of customer service provides strategic
direction to leadership regarding the hospital’s service initiatives that
ensure a consistent and exceptional level of service is provided to
patients, families, physicians, co-workers and guests. Responsible for
executive leadership in assigned operational areas.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Social Sciences, Nursing or
related field. A minimum of 10 years of senior healthcare management experience.
Skilled in project management, developing positive employee
relationships and large-scale change management. Knowledge of scope
and complexity of healthcare delivery system and the needs of the
populations served by the organization. Nursing leaders must have a current and valid FL RN license and must have a Nurse Executive Certification (may be obtained within 3 years of hire date).
