Professionally owned and managed Property Management Company consisting varies apartment communities in The Tri-State is seeking a motivated and bright candidate to fill the Property Manager/Leasing Professional position that is available.

The property manager/leasing professional will work closely with all on-site operations. Responsibilities include the following: Ensure all rent is collected as due and that everything is posted correctly.

Ensures all unit, move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered correctly and in a timely manner into the on-site property management software system. Walk vacant units and property grounds. Make sure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is done.

Manage and distribute all tenant correspondence, including late payment notices. Manage all maintenance requests and ordering of supplies with maintenance staff Advertise, schedule appointments and lease available apartments/homes.

Candidate Background and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Prior experience with a real estate property management software is a benefit.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who can function independently, and as part of a small team.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented work habits with a commitment to a high-quality work product.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Excellent record keeping and file maintenance
  • Able to prioritize workloads of staff * Works with a sense of urgency including the ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

  • Candidates with former Property Management and Leasing experience will be considered for this position. Great potential for advancement within the property management company.

Pay commensurate with experience.
