We’re looking for a highly organized entrepreneurial-minded individual to manage operations of our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations with P&L responsibilities;
• Research and implement new directives for business growth and prosperity;
• Develop and implement employee guidelines for recruitment, training, retention, and promotion;
• Create and manage practices that build client loyalty;
• Support operational practices, business decisions, and compliance needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred);
• 5-10 years of related management experience;
• Attention to detail is critical;
• Highly organized;
• Self-motivator;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and meet deadlines is expected;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Comfortable in a high-tech environment with remote employees;
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and compliance requirements a strong plus.
