Skylo is hiring a Head of HR, responsible for recruiting & scaling Skylo’s customer-focused, global team. We’re looking for an exceptionally bright, talented and driven individual who can drive the company’s HR needs and execute on our people initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
- Partner with the company’s senior leadership to recruit, develop and retain the world’s best talent across geographies
- Develop a people plan and promote best-practices for employee engagement
- Contribute to organizational planning, and develop a global human resources team
- Develop and maintain a competitive, mission appropriate compensation plans
- Drive a results-oriented, rewarding and customer-focused culture, aligned with the goals and mission of Skylo
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all employment related aspects of the organization globally
- Maintain and promote latest technology-aided systems and processes to maximize effectiveness of recruiting, routine employee evaluation, and people programs
Requirements
- Strong experience in recruiting and building organizations with global / multi-country operations
- Knowledge of international HR standards, global best practices, and legal/regulatory compliances is highly preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-moving startup environment is preferred
- Relevant Master’s preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly collaborative, with a history of successful cross-functional leadership
