Reporting to the SVP/CTO, Studio Technology this position will work with business leaders on identifying opportunities to build and drive our digital strategy roadmap in tight alignment with the business, while incubating new ideas to move our business forward, optimizing strategy spend across the organization, and establishing a cross-functional line of business governance strategy.
This position influences and guides Studio technology initiatives and manages multiple multi-functional teams which build scalable, extensible and easily maintainable solutions in support of Studio initiatives. Each multifunctional team include: engineering, product development, QA, and project management.

- Minimum of 8 -10 years as a senior technology executive in a related media industry
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading a team
- Knowledge of the various roles and functions of departments within a studio from production and distribution, sales and marketing
- Experience distilling and communicating information across a broad range of groups (written, verbal, and in presentation settings), including: operational, engineering, research, business development, marketing and senior management.
- Knowledge of the wide range of systems used as part of the production, distribution and marketing workflow.
- Ability to listen to and determine the unique requirements across a wide arrange of business units.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Demonstrated an ability to influence third party product roadmaps and features.
- A proven track record of engaging with a broad range of industry partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy development and presentation to management.
- Demonstrated the ability to translate industry trends into product strategies.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
