Together with our company group, we are a collective strategy consultancy that leverages sophisticated consumer understanding, data analytics, and deep human understanding to help organizations chart new pathways to growth. Our model is uniquely set up to uncover the emotional and nonconscious as well as the rational and explicit factors. We serve as a strategic partner to a broad array of cross-industry clients including Target, Coca-Cola, Google, Pfizer, Harley-Davidson, American Express, TOMS, and 9 of the 10 largest PR firms in the country; by transforming insights into powerful products, services, communications, and experiences we help many of the world’s most innovative and loved brands drive lasting business growth.

We take a creative, thoughtful, and rigorous approach to our work; our team is made up of social scientists, researchers, analysts, designers, marketers, and idea engineers with diverse backgrounds and endless amounts of curiosity, initiative, and agility. We are proud of having an entrepreneurial culture where training is immersive, the day to day is collaborative, and there are ample opportunities for learning and growth every day.

Why We Want You:

We have a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded VP to help us build and shape our people, culture, talent, and people operations functions! Over the past 12 months, through acquisitions as part of the LRW Group, Kelton has welcomed 5 unique firms to our team: Killer Visual Strategies, a visual strategy agency, Strativity Group, a customer experience transformation company, Salt Branding, a branding boutique, Karma Agency, a brand communications agency, and T3, an innovation and brand building company. Kelton and our extended team are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate, switched-on, and emotionally intelligent leader to be one of the first team members dedicated to leading a Talent offering across all 5 companies.

They will be interacting daily with both c-level executives and individual contributors and will be responsible for building strong relationships with all levels of our organizations.

The right person for this role will be a passionate professional who is highly capable at owning and organizing a volume of informational channels, excels at project management and delivery, and is excited about joining an incredibly creative, richly informed, always courageous group who’s changing the game and having a great time doing it!

  • Be a key contributor and subject matter expert on “people innovation, people inspiration”, strategic staffing and workforce planning, culture and people development, employer branding, and talent retention
  • Act as a contagious change maker and innovation driver across the business; the right fit for this role will proactively assess organizational performance and be skilled at change management, diplomacy, and aligning creative solutions and strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and execute business strategies reinforcing our brand, vision, mission, and goals
  • Own and embrace a welcoming, thoughtful, and approachable quarterback role about everything related to people, culture, and the business
