The Vice President of Property Management at Osborne Homes will oversee all functions of asset management including marketing, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance and capital improvements. This person will report to the COO of Osborne homes and will be responsible to lead, manage and hold their team accountable for their best work. A strategic thinker who can get to the root cause of issues quickly and effectively will also have excellent follow up and follow through. This position has tremendous growth opportunity for a star who can deliver.

Osborne Homes was founded in 2007 with its first office in Fresno. We now have a single family asset portfolio of 500+ units spread throughout California.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in progressive roles in asset or property management is required.
- Bachelorâs degree is strongly preferred.
- A data driven decision maker capable of steering a business with dashboards and metrics is required.
- An unparalleled sense of urgency and the ability to get the right things done.
- Proven ability managing a SFR portfolio of at least 300 units at the director level.
