SUMMARY: Guides and directs the construction, renovation, and repair of facilities according to the Hospital’s mission and vision. Provides oversight for all plant operations (Building Maintenance, Engineering, Grounds) and our Environmental Services department (Housekeeping). They would also Manage the tenant space in the Hospital’s Medical Office Buildings.
EXPERIENCE: 8 years previous health care managerial experience. Extensive knowledge of construction, facilities management, relevant codes, licensing restrictions, and safety requirements.
OTHER: Extensive knowledge of construction, building and equipment maintenance, knowledge of regulatory entity, guidelines. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors – Engineering, Bachelors – Related Field, Preferred: Masters – Engineering, Masters – Related Field
