What You’ll Do
Be the Manager for Cloud Calling Product Sales Specialist (PSS) for the SP and VAR community in the UKI. Be a leader that owns and drives the product and solution strategy for Cisco Cloud Calling Collaboration suite. Accountable for all Service Provider and Value-Added Resellers adoption of Cisco Cloud Calling by driving a cloud first strategy across the Cisco Calling product line and shaping the UKI market place by engaging directly with the customer base whilst inspiring and driving the energetic Cisco PSS Sales team

  • The manager for the SP and VAR Cloud Calling Cisco Collaboration sales organisation reporting to the Regional Manager UKI Cloud Calling Collaboration Sales
  • Own and deliver on a sales target for the Cloud Calling Cisco Collaboration business in UKI supporting Service Provider and Partner Reseller Channel.
  • Forecast, track and analyse the bookings/pipeline of the Cisco Collaboration business in your territory
  • Responsible for driving the development and implementation of the go-to-market plans to accelerate the growth of Cisco Collaboration into UKI SP and VAR channel accounts
  • Work closely with the Cisco partner account managers interlocking strategies to drive Cisco Cloud Calling
  • Work with Cisco Collaboration Marketing and Commercial teams to drive campaigns and programs to generate incremental bookings and pipeline
  • Drive training and awareness initiatives for employees, customers, partners and distribution.

  • Experience in managing and driving sales teams to exceed targets by defining clear executable strategies
  • Have experience supporting UKI channel, Service Provider and/ or VAR Sector accounts
  • Strong working knowledge of Calling as a Service and Cloud
  • Strong communication, presentation and written skills
  • A history of meeting or exceeding business objectives and revenue targets
