Job Description and Requirements

The Director will oversee the sales operations for all branch locations. This position is also responsible for handling aspects of closing residential and commercial transactions. In addition, this individual will assist in strategic planning efforts which impact continued growth, revenue, profitability and compliance of the agency.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Providing high level of service to referring partners and clients
  • Provide monthly reports reflecting department production
  • Assist in strategic planning for department growth and increased service levels
  • Executing and maintaining business development activities to acquire new customers while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Understanding residential & commercial contracts
  • Conducting real estate closings (including remotely within our service areas)
  • Provide the highest level of customer relations and service, and ensure compliance with the Texas Department of Insurance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Title Experience
  • At least 1 year of current or previous management experience
  • Knowledge of The Texas Title Insurance Procedural and Rate Rules
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications, ability to work in a paperless environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to be bonded
