As the senior digital marketer in the organization, you will create, lead and measure the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, as well as the development of the brand experience across all digital channels. You will assess marketing goals, provide insight, create digital plans and guide your team to achieve measurable goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Hire, manage and train a team of internal digital specialists to drive traffic required to meet the organization’s aggressive sales and revenue goals
- Assist in scoping omni-channel campaigns, determine resources required and coordinate assignments to digital team
- Oversee email strategy and CRM platform including audience segments and campaign triggers
- Work with brand, agency, social media, creative and analytics teams to determine the strategy and road map for short & long term needs
- Actively provide relevant information about digital & social trends to key stakeholders
- Build a high-performance digital team capable of driving digital traffic and lead gen required to meet the aggressive revenue goals across multiple segments
- Working alongside internal and external teams to direct planning and placement of digital media campaigns including:
- Search engine marketing â SEO and SEM initiatives
- Social Media â planning of paid social media
- Programmatic display and online video placements
- Optimize traffic across a variety of ad models: CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA
- Craft all digital tracking methodology and implement tracking/analytics codes/pixels
- Monitor analytics: establish KPIs and metrics to demonstrate your impact on the business and report results in cohesive format to C-suite and ownership
- Plan, design and manage digital experiences across earned and owned platforms including (website, mobile, app, kiosks)
- Work with internal executives, across multiple segments, to understand goals and timelines
- Contribute as a key stakeholder in e-commerce decisions and roadmap
- Monitor campaigns having daily, weekly and/or monthly campaign performance meetings
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience managing digital marketing/ecommerce for an early-stage growth company
- Proven success developing and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Deep expertise with digital media planning, buying and analytics, including digital media, social media, programmatic media, and influencer campaigns
- Previous experience managing a team of digital specialists across SEO, SEM, social, web and email
- Third-party ad serving, tracking and reporting expertise
- Comfortable with accountability for metrics and revenue
- Ability to command a room of senior executives with strong presentation skills
- Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
