Social Service Director

Skilled Nursing facility is looking for a Social Service Director, MUST have a BS or Masters in a related field.

Responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Social Service Department in accordance with current existing federal state, and local standard. As well as company-established policies and procedures, to ensure that the emotional and social needs of our residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
