Natuvion Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior SLO Architect and Head of Consulting Operations for our location in Devon, PA.
Natuvion is responsible for some of the world’s most successful S/4HANA transformations between SAP systems or from non-SAP systems, as well as carve-outs.
Focusing specifically on utilities/energy industry business transformations, Natuvion also has a unique approach and early knowledge of data transitions to SAP S/4HANA.
This senior role is responsible for project planning, application process design, defining customer process models, executing discovery workshops, and leading a team of global implementation consultants on projects throughout the US.
Examples of skills:
1) SAP Architectural Competence
- Design and implement transformation projects and related application architecture
- Experience with SAP System Landscape Optimization (SLO)
- Support Landscape Transformation Management SAP LT based projects and SAP General Ledger Migration
- Deep exposure to SAP Migration Methodology
- Participate heavily in the low-level planning discussion with customers and partners, including SAP, Microsoft, AWS, etc.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management, specifically the setup of the project and production landscape
- Understand software logistics, including user access and security aspects
- Knowledge of migration system planning for project runtime, including interims transport procedures2) SAP Landscape Transformation â Technical Competence
- Deep experience with SAP Technical Architecture, including SAP HANA
- Experience with SAP Migration Tools, including SLO approach (table-based) as well as object-based migration approaches and tools (LSMW, LT MC)
- Data quality assurance options and methodologies
3) Functional Competence
- Provide a detailed architecture blueprint as basis for the other work streams (like General Basis Support)
- SCP, SAC, and IBP integration experience welcomed
- Experience in SAP FI General Ledger Migration is a plus
4) Collaboration Competence
- Ability to closely collaborate with clients’ captive IT and other third-party vendors while supporting infrastructure and other systems connecting to SAP
- Experience with SAP Basis Administration tasks and ability to plan with customer’s SAP Basis project systems throughout project runtime
- Support data migration, including the setup of the migration landscape and migration tools. Provide guidance on implementation rules for mapping and technical, rule-based data quality measures.
Education and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Information Systems, or related field of study
- 10+ years of experience is required
- Utilities/energy industry experience is welcomed
- Fluent in German is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in presales and blueprint development activity
- 5+ years working with consulting teams to sell and deliver SAP consulting services
Travel:
- Must have flexibility to travel. You can work from both of our offices and your home, as well as onsite at our client’s location. Travel is based on a schedule that you determine.
