What you’ll do…

What you’ll do:

Are you ready to lead the insider threat team and execute strategies related to insider threats, workplace violence, associate vetting, and background checks for the world’s largest retailer? The Senior Director, Insider Trust is a critical role charged with mitigating corporate risk by overseeing and expanding the insider threat program, leveraging technology and tools to enhance current process and create policies, and applying your expertise in mitigating risk and threats to the enterprise. You will oversee subject matter experts focused on responding to insider threats and threats of violence by establishing and monitoring best practices and collaborating with cross functional teams to mitigate risk to the business and individuals.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Exerting your leadership skills and experience in leading a team of threat managers in mitigating corporate risk.
  • Developing business best practices and procedures that will identify and mitigate insider threats
  • Creating strategies on how to identify insider threats by leveraging technology and data
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • You’re a subject matter expert in insider threat identification and management
  • You have experience in investigating corporate espionage, theft of trade secrets, and intellectual property.
  • You have experience in counterintelligence, workplace violence, risk analysis, investigations and/or law enforcement
  • You’re familiar with threat management within a corporate environment and have a proven track record of success
  • You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage tools to improve processes
  • You’re driven to execute and to act quickly
  • You’re process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • You have supervisory experience leading medium-sized teams (20-30)
  • You have the ATAP certification

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 6 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
