MISO is hiring a Scrum Master to help teams perform at their highest level and deliver high value software solutions that contribute to the success of our initiatives. Are you a servant leader who can oversee and ensure the appropriate operational, strategic and communicational support is available to make sure projects are performed at the highest level? As our Scrum Master:
- Lead daily Scrums, helping the team move toward the full Agile framework, including user story creation, release planning, backlog estimation, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for Agile projects
- Identify and drive process improvement solutions to increase accuracy, compliance, efficiency, timeliness or improved customer service
- Ensures scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests and critical issues are effectively communicated
- Track and remove impediments for the team
- You’ll coach and guide teams by influencing habit changes that lead to a higher level of maturity in Scrum methodology and team performance
- Promote accountability and continuous improvement
We are looking for:
- At least 8 years of related experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or related certification strongly preferred, but not required)
- An individual that demonstrates the ability and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Appropriate level will be determined based upon relevant education and experience
