Basic Function:

Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and creating relationships with area associations: managing group, consignment, and special event accounts: soliciting current and new business: ensuring admission and revenue goals are achieved: performing operational duties


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, exhibit knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
  • Ability to organize and schedule group, consignment, and special event business
  • Attend and articulate specials, promotions, and events at local and state association meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain admission and ancillary sales promotions
  • Must have flexibility to travel and run errands
  • Must be willing to perform and oversee operational duties within building and on property
  • Communicate and maintain safety standards with entire staff.
  • Maintain all show standards, display presentation, maintenance, safety, signing standards and cleanliness.
  • Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of tasks including cash management (safe, cash outs, deposits etc…).
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, special events, and night- time closing
