A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REVENUE AND LISTING MANAGER
As a Revenue and Listing Manager, you are responsible for maximizing revenue for each of our 250+ vacation homes. With attention to detail, you manage the channel distribution and onboarding of new vacation homes by carefully adding them to our system and the world’s major booking channels. You are conscientious about keeping all rental listings updated and get great satisfaction out making sure that listings are accurate and optimized for exposure. You play an essential role in making sure that each of our vacation homes stays at optimal occupancy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REVENUE AND LISTING MANAGER
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting
- Marketing ability
Any background in marketing, revenue management or graphic design would be helpful! Are you organized and detail-oriented? Would you have a good sense of what photos and descriptions are attractive and work best for each home? Are you a self-learner and independent worker? Are you exceptionally analytical? If so, you might just be perfect for this Revenue and Listing manager for our property management company.
WORK SCHEDULE WITH POSSIBLE REMOTE OPTION
The schedule for this full-time position is likely to be M-F but that may need to be flexible at times. Remote work may be a possibility a couple of days a week.
