The position: We’re looking for a Regional Vice President in Austin, Texas.

The Regional Vice President will lead our team of Regional Managers and serve as an executive member of the organization. The position is responsible for the management and compliance for our full portfolio of Multifamily Communities in the Austin area. The goal of this position is to drive value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies. This position works closely with management throughout the organization, to ensure the strategic goals and values of Roscoe are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and maximizes bottom line profitability throughout the portfolio.
• Mentors and develops middle management, develops bench strength, creates clear and measurable goals that drive property and employee success
• Drives consistency of operations, identifies best practices and leads implementations.
• Facilitates a healthy, collaborative team atmosphere
• Consults with construction partners for developed assets as well as assets undergoing renovation
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and effective employee management acumen
• Develop and implement improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity
• Stays abreast of industry compliance, legal and code issues to insure company adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years Property Management experience.
• 2 years in a regional or multi-site manager experience.
