Somerset Pacific LLC is currently recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of LIHTC properties in our Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota region. Duties to include financial analysis, marketing, sales, leasing, customer service, and staff management responsibilities. The Regional Manager will provide supervision and direction for the overall operation of our Mid-West properties.
- Aggressively manage Affordable Housing portfolio
- Work directly with President, Operations Manager and on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
- Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation
- Maximize the financial returns of properties and personnel.
- Increase/Maximize cash flow
- Property administration including management planning, hiring, training, supervising and developing personnel
- Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market
- Develop strategies to improve performance at the property level
- Increase portfolio occupancy and income
- Assists in Preparation of annual budget.
- Stays abreast of all changes and requirements of Section 42 LIHTC program.
- Ensure that all properties within the region are well maintained. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 7 years LIHTC and property management experienced required
- Must be able to travel to properties 75% of scheduled time
- Bachelors Degree with 3 – 5 years experience will be accepted
- Yardi, OneSite, Real Page or similar property accounting software experience required
- Change Management – Ability to encourage others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.
- Decision Making – Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Sales Ability – Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
