POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager (based in Lexington) is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all daily operations within the region including new business development, facilities/maintenance, general administration, and customer service, consistent with the goals and objectives set forth by the CEO. The region will initially consist of Lexington And Cincinnati but will likely expand over time to encompass other cities nearby. This position is responsible for implementation of business plans and strategic initiatives to accomplish the objectives of the strategic plan. The Regional Manager is a member of the Senior Management Team and reports to the CEO.
Principal Job Duties:
- Lead the operations of current locations, business development, proposal and transitions for new locations with the region
- Lead, direct, and develop employees to accomplish and exceed budgets/goals
- Reporting on profit/loss by location with assigned portfolios.
- Develop a strategic business plan and direction for assigned portfolios.
- Responsible for developing client relationships and business retention.
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual financial and operational reports as required.
- Ensuring that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our various clients.
- Serve as a liaison to parking patrons and various stakeholder groups who are impacted by the operations of the assigned portfolio (and vice versa).
- Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned portfolios.
- Organize and manage the oversight of event operations
- Monitor, review, and analyze the market rate structures.
- Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise within region as directed.
- 3+ years in Management role. Parking experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
