Quality Assurance Manager position open with a fast-paced aerospace coating and finishing facility. This position involves management of the quality assurance department as well as maintaining current NADCAP procedures. The Quality Manager drives improvement within the organization and tracks quality metrics, communicates with customers and management. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring QA Inspectors while promoting a continuous improvement environment. Follow through and self-motivation is critical. NADCAP and AS9100 experience is preferred. Position is based out of our Chino Valley location with some required travel to our Phoenix location.
Mid-level or better mechanical blueprint reading skills are required. Clean background and drug screen policy in place. Previous quality assurance and/or audit experience required.
