Job Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of client s program to ensure quality product and maintain designated budget while meeting deadlines. Client interactions includes participation in initial process planning, risk assessments, and work plans with international team members. Additionally, the candidate will need to chair process, design and construction progress meetings and define actions for Urban, contractor and client staff.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Process planning development
Coordination with equipment vendors
Management of internal and external design clients
Oversee on-site construction activities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
PE required or ability to obtain PE within 6 months of hire
At least 5 years of experience in engineering
Heavy travel is required if candidate is outside of Chicago
Comfort in leading meetings and defining actionable work items
Excellent verbal and written skills
