Prospective candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experienced with both low-rise and mid-rise architecture
- Be in the process of obtaining their license
- Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Ability to supervise others, coordinate work, and manage production schedules.
- Good verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, and manage multiple projects
- Aesthetic sensibilities consistent with our modern designs
- Creative problem solving
- Advanced knowledge of the Seattle Land-Use Code, Seattle Building & Residential codes
- Experience with permitting through Seattle SDCI
- Fluency w/ AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite & MS office is required
