Key project management responsibilities include overseeing and facilitating all aspects of estimating, construction schedules, contracts, project construction, cost management and invoicing, project close-out thru warranty. The Project Manager has total control over each project and implements all resources to meet the projects requirements. SLBS useâs computerized construction management and contract management software. Competent communication and computer skills are an essential part of being a SLBS Project Manager.
