EZLynx is expanding our Project Management Team! We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking team player that will enhance the development of the product. You will lead, plan and deliver medium-to-large scale software development projects within a defined portfolio. You will have overall accountability of delivering projects on time while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organization’s standard processes.

In This Role You’ll:
- Take full ownership of projects, remove roadblocks for all teams involved, stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Effectively engage and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams from Project kickoff to Product delivery.
- Anticipate and manage deviations from the project’s schedule, evaluate alternative solutions and take appropriate actions to avoid or mitigate these deviations.
- Work with customers to manage timelines and provide status updates.
- Perform Gap analysis of current processes and spearhead improvements in the processes.
- Create & maintain quality executive level status reports and deliver presentations to the executive team.
- Identify/report project risks as well as compile a risk mitigation plan to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with all teams to make sure scope is defined and final deliverable meets the defined scope.
- Work with off-shore team to drive deliverables and timelines.
- Periodic and ad-hoc project status updates to Product Managers, Business Sponsors & the Executive team.
- Lead project meetings and capture the minutes to include key project decisions.
Here’s What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field
- 2 – 4 years’ experience managing software development or IT projects
- Proficient in Project Management tools (MS project or other)
- Excellent skills in facilitation, presentation, organization and attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels with a strong command of the English language
- Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Jira preferred
- Property & casualty insurance industry a plus
