We looking for an experienced Community Manager for a apartment community in Seattle. The pay range for this position starts at $60k depending on experience plus benefits, paid vacation, bonuses and more. This is an multi-Site position.
You must have the following minimum qualifications in order to apply for this position:
– Minimum two years of prior apartment management experience. Assistant management experience may be considered
– Good customer service, leadership, and communication skills
– Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Experience Yardi accounting software preferred
– Well-rounded apartment management skill set
– Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
– Consistent work history and verifiable references
– Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
