JOB DUTIES:

  • Set strategic operational goals and KPIs that align with the company’s goals
  • Develop, implement and monitor day to day operating systems that align with key initiatives of the organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership team, external partners and vendors to make operational and strategic decisions in-line with company goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs company-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring compliance regulations are followed
  • Work with the human resources department in the process of hiring personnel and establishing employee training programs
  • Provide executive management with information vital to the decision-making process
  • Keep abreast and track company’s revenue margins and contribute to budget reviews
  • Manage operational budgets to promote profitability and decrease waste of resources
  • Manage off-shore vendors, to include contracts and staff productivity
  • Manage procurement and allocation of productivity resources, tools and products
  • On-going analysis of staff productivity for opportunities of improvement
  • Manage the performance evaluation process of assigned staff for performance improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 10+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software
