JOB DUTIES:
- Set strategic operational goals and KPIs that align with the companyâs goals
- Develop, implement and monitor day to day operating systems that align with key initiatives of the organization
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership team, external partners and vendors to make operational and strategic decisions in-line with company goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs company-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring compliance regulations are followed
- Work with the human resources department in the process of hiring personnel and establishing employee training programs
- Provide executive management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Keep abreast and track company’s revenue margins and contribute to budget reviews
- Manage operational budgets to promote profitability and decrease waste of resources
- Manage off-shore vendors, to include contracts and staff productivity
- Manage procurement and allocation of productivity resources, tools and products
- On-going analysis of staff productivity for opportunities of improvement
- Manage the performance evaluation process of assigned staff for performance improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelorâs degree in business administration or related field
- 10+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software
