An Architectural Firmâs Affordable Housing Studio is growing, and we are seeking a qualified individual with experience in multifamily design and construction for the position of Project Manager in our Lexington/Louisville office. This individual must be innovative, creative, a forward thinker, and be active in growth in KY and the surrounding region.
Qualified applicants must have:
- Bachelorâs Degree of Architecture, preferred
- State of Kentucky Architectural License or near completion of ARE, preferred
- Minimum ten (10) years architectural experience
- Ability to develop contract documents and perform construction administration
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings with the client and project staff, as well as consultant coordination
- The ability to utilize computer systems as a tool to effectively manage projects. Required computer skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, Excel, and MS Office
