The role of Total Rewards Leader is a newly created position that will be at the forefront of implementing innovative rewards programs that purposely empower employees to live Parallel’s Values in a holistic way, focusing on what rewards programs are important to different people at different points of their lives.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and working in close collaboration with the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will provide leadership in identifying and implementing a rewards structure that will serve as the foundation of the employee value proposition.
The Total Rewards Leader will support the CHRO by ensuring that strategic, long-term
alternatives are contemplated in the development of all rewards programs.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create a roadmap that aligns the rewards programs with the business strategy, enabling employees to deliver on the company’s Mission by living its Values.
- Provide leadership in establishing organizational appreciation for the transformation to the new rewards structure, being the ambassador for ensuring congruence in the rewards programs with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Develop and implement innovative rewards programs, ensuring their utmost compliance with all regulatory requirements inherent to operating in an emerging global industry, in which change is the norm.
- Advance a purposeful high-performance culture through a differentiated, comprehensive total rewards structure that rewards innovation and excellence.
- Serve as the internal consultant for determining best practices through evaluating industry trends, legislative issues, and market competitiveness within all the functions in this global vertically integrated business, being a trusted advisor to all business units and/or regions.
- Support the leadership team in all aspects of executive compensation and collaborate on executive offer recommendations.
- Oversee all salary administration, including providing wage and job analysis and supporting documentation necessary to support effective recruitment and retention processes and to assure holistic internal equity among positions.
- Provide insight, technical analysis, and policy support to the CHRO in effectively providing relevant and timely information to the Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors.

- The proven ability to partner with the management team to ensure delivery of
- progressive compensation programs with emphasis on executive compensation,
- equity, and sales commission schemes, with the ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders.
- Committed to Well-being, advocating the realization that they, and others, can be their best when they focus on their well-being and that of their colleagues and Proven quantitative modeling and problem-solving skills to develop the framework for, and execution of, competitive and motivational reward programs.
- Experience in global M&A, having led due diligence as well as the effective
- integration of acquired companies.
- High-energy level, hands-on management style, excellent written and verbal
- communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, financially astute, attention to detail, and strong sense of logic will be critical to success in this role.
Education & Experience:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, with MBA preferred.
- 15+ years hands-on experience in compensation and benefit management.
- 5+ years in a senior-level capacity interfacing with C-Suite and corporate board interaction.
