Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of leadership experience in sales, responsible for owning sales numbers, managing sales operations, leading sales team, building and growing business and customer base, managing customer expectations/relationships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and executing strategies to deliver business results.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent practical work experience.
- 8 years of direct leadership experience in sales or operations roles with core responsibilities of managing teams and vendors, building and growing business and customer base, managing customer expectations and relationships.
- Ability to provide executive-level readouts on market metrics and performance.
- Excellent project management, business judgment, experiment design, analytical and quantitative skills.

As the Head of MDU Sales, you’ll lead a team advocating for Google Fiber services to multi-dwelling (MDU) apartments and condos owners, and their residents. You’ll lead a direct sales team, sales strategy/operations, working cross functionally, developing new clients and leading a diverse team to drive toward common objectives.
You are a strategic thinker that has proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, dissecting complex problems and communicating to management. The Head of MDU Sales is responsible for all aspects of Multi-Dwelling sales within the portfolio. This position will report to the Head of Sales, who is the sales leader for the market. The primary focus areas for this role are split between agreement, partner, develop, end-customer sales and the growth, development, retention and leadership of the local MDU sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Be the overall MDU sales leader for Google Fiber in the metro. Own the sales number and help develop and execute on the market sales strategy, plan and vision.
- Lead and manage the teams accountable for customer acquisition growth for MDU as well as selling partner/developer access agreements.
- Develop local relations with property owners to allow Google Fiber to service their building.
- Work with the Head of Sales, Central Sales, Channel Enablement and Marketing to develop and execute partner, developer and customer acquisition strategies. Help grow Fiber footprint, increase the take rate, and achieve an effective product mix.
- Work cross-functionally with technical operations partners to plan, grow, build and sustain a healthy network.
