Head of Finance

A high-end, well-established law firm with multiple practice areas seeks to hire a Head of Finance for its Wilmington, DE office. The firm seeks an accounting/finance professional from a legal industry or professional services background who has eight or more years of accounting/financial experience, including extensive financial reporting experience. The firm seeks someone who is very hands-on, likes building relationships within a firm, and who ideally handles multiple practice areas (or multiple corporate departments/divisions) and has supervisory experience. The role involves management of all financial and accounting operations of the firm. Compensation is competitive.
