Qualifications
As General Manager, will:
- Get Work
- Conduct sales appointments, deliver sales targets and manage the production team.
- Works with Manager, Marketing, Accounting and Customer Care to ensure appropriate leads are generated and appointments are scheduled and managed.
- Follows sales process and provides process recommendations to Sales Director.
- Get Work Done
- Supports product development and production teams as they develop, refine, implement and document Optimal Operating Procedures for the team to implement.
- Ensures work is done safely and to our high standards through training and quality assurance visits.
- Make Homeowners Happy
- Audits all installations and reviews customer feedback.
- Reports findings to leadership and directs opportunities for improvement to appropriate gear.
- Coaches and participates in customer resolutions.
- Optimize the whole, stay on time and on budget
- Provides recommendations to leadership on product and service pricing strategy, sales and installation process, and customer satisfaction tools/measurements.
- Participates in setting commitments and the budget for the corporate store.
- Holds team accountable in ensuring commitments and budget for corporate store are achieved.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- College degree or equivalent;
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience with sales, ideally in a General Manager role.
