The General Manager is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the business, while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Working directly with the Management team to manage all activities of the property including Operations, Lodging, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales and Restaurant.

Resolving guest related issues in accordance with the company goals.

Direct and manage the property operations to achieve maximum profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, protect the financial assets of the business and maintain the buildings, grounds and event spaces.

Responsibilities include directing and managing property operations to insure optimum performance and continual improvement.

Responsibilities also include, ensuring that quality standards are met in all areas of the operation as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness; establishes and maintains preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the property.

The General Manager will work directly with the management team and all operational departments to develop and produce an outstanding experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate brings a successful track record with exceptional leadership and communication abilities, can effectively manage and motivate a team and ensure action plans and goals are attained.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership by leading teams to exemplary guest satisfaction and revenue goals. Will possess a commitment to excellence, the desire to succeed and can provide day-to-day leadership to develop and train the team members.

This position has overall responsibility for all aspect of the company’s operations, including lodging, sales and marketing, human resource management, restaurant and events, as well as staff training, handle and resolve employee issues, maintaining high quality standards and guest satisfaction, etc.

Successful candidate is expected to ensure each department is properly staffed and labor dollars are spent in proportion with revenue. Monitor cost controls on a regular basis through ordering, purchasing and food costs. Frequently inspect guest rooms, public areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance. Monitor OTA sites and respond to all guest comments to maintain high guest satisfaction scores. Assist sales and marketing personnel and monitor the rates on daily basis to achieve best possible occupancy.
